Cincinnati Bengals Chinedum Ndukwe and Tom Nelson signed autographs Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009, at the Whole Foods Market at Deerfield Towne Center. Ndukwe has partnered with Whole Foods Market in the Kentucky and Ohio region in an effort to improve the health and wellness of the surrounding communities. In exchange for his efforts, Whole Foods will donate 5 percent of Tuesday's net sales to the Ndukwe Foundation.

The bodies of a man and woman found shot to death in the parking lot of Jellybean Junction daycare facility in Fairfield had gunshot wounds to the head. The bodies were discovered by a lawncare service employee in a Jeep Cherokee at Mack and Winton Roads around 9:15 a.m. Monday, Oct. 26 -- three hours after the daycare center opened.

Former Middletown resident Michelle Walton's father, a Middletown resident, died this February of brain cancer and since then Walton has discovered thirteen people she knows have the same form of cancer. Her findings have launched a state investigation of a possible brain cancer cluster in Middletown.
