The first Saturday in August has traditionally been British Car Day in Dayton. It started 25 years ago at Carillon Park, the brainchild of the Miami Valley Triumphs.

The Trans Am Nationals will celebrate its 25th anniversary in a brand new home. The Dayton Marriott Hotel, 1414 S. Patterson Blvd., Dayton, will host more than 400 Trans Ams and Firebirds from all across the nation at the event presented by the Trans Am Club of America, Dayton, Ohio Chapter, Aug. 28-30.
